The room was clean but def need a remodeling. And on night 2, I looked at the shower curtain and noticed that there was blue toothpaste on the curtain. I almost blamed my daughter and realized our toothpaste was white…needless to say, it clearly hadn’t been washed. Also the water pressure was terrible! Everything else was okay.

stayed at this hotel over the weekend for my birhtday and, although I had a small issue in my room, the staff went above and beyond to take care of it right away. They were extremely kind, professional, and made sure I was comfortable for the rest of my stay. Mistakes and issues can happen anywhere, but the way the team handled it showed their true commitment to great customer service. I really appreciated their help and would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel! Not as close to Toy Story Parking lot as I thought, so I drove. Which was perfectly fine. Lots of restaurants around if you don’t want to eat in the parks or aren’t going to parks, and an ice cream shop too. The bathroom and room were super clean and one of the first hotels I’ve stayed at in awhile with no stray hairs in the shower. The bed was really comfortable, and lots of pillow choices. I would definitely stay here again.

I’m very disappointed with my stay at this Sharaton hotel. I booked a room with one bed, but when I checked in, the staff told me they ran out of rooms with one bed and gave me a room with two single beds instead. This was not what I booked, and it made my stay uncomfortable. The staff didn’t offer any proper solution or compensation. I expected better service from Sharaton.

Clean and quiet. Satisfied there. However, the gated and paid parking that you find out about AFTER you book is annoying and inconvenient. Getting in and out is a hassle, the parking is expensive and friends couldn’t visit without me walking out to the parking area and using my key card to let them out. I wouldn’t book this property again for this reason alone.
