The guy at desk, Chris, was nice and helpful. The towels in the room are very old, thin and dingy. This is a no frills hotel. Bathroom is very small.

we enjoyed our stay at the lodge. Very friendly staff. Short drive to the north entrance of Yellowstone and Mammoth Hot Springs. Our room was clean and comfortable enjoyed sitting on the back deck overlooking the river. We even had a couple of elk right outside our door in the morning.

View from the room was nice. What we didn't like was having to haul our luggage down two flights of stairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quiet and clean.

Like the closeness to Yellowstone Nat'l Park's North Gate and that it overlooks the Yellowstone River, walking distance into town. I would love to have breakfast availability at the Lodge. Note: the staff Rocks!!! I had a tire blowout emergency and the manager was so incredibly helpful (I am sending a thank you card.) Absaroka Rocks!

The towels were dirty. There was a feeling that the bed linens were also used. At the reception they told me that everything was fine and if I wanted I could look for another hotel. Rude

When they said to not go on our patio after dark due to a grizzly and a black Bear and cubs frequenting the area they weren’t kidding! We awoke to our beautiful view and fresh Bear scat right outside our patio!

Easy access to the park and great photo opportunities. We enjoyed taking a leisurely walk through town for meals and shopping. Also enjoyed the elk mom n baby who walked through the front of the lodge.
