Would definitely stay again

Hospitality was great. They had a game room for the kids. They offered alot of extra stuff for the guests like smores and laundry. It was all included with the rooms.

We absolutely loved the hotel. Everybody is soooo friendly. Went to the bar Brian and Sandy were the BEST they make you feel at home. Brian made the BEST MARGARITAS. Can’t wait to be back. Customer service is amazing. They treat us like family. We will be back soon

I had a huge safety concern about this property when the employees informed me that there were grizzly bears on property and that I needed to be careful. Apparently, the grizzly bears had gotten into some trash. As I got looking around on the property, there are no bear-proof trash facilities. I know enough about grizzly bears that if there is trash available, they will get into the trash. To me this is a simple fix, but a huge safety concern. A hotel cannot expect guests to stay in a place that does not take care of their trash properly in grizzly bear country. Overall, I would not recommend staying here until they take care of this problem with correct waste management.

Worthless-Worthless-Worthless, this Hotels.com!

This Hotels.com really botched the whole thing. My connecting flight to the area of the hotel from Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX, was canceled due to weather, with travel to be completed the next day. I wanted to report my 24-hrs late expected arrival to Hotels.com and/or the RidgeLine Hotel - But couldn't!!! 'Spent an inordinate amount of time in internet to get in touch with either party, but it was a disastrous no-go! It's like "Don't call us, we won't call you", after they take your money. This hotels.com, or Expedia I suppose, gotten too big for their britches. When I finally arrived-in at the hotel, late the next day, they told me my reservations were cancelled. Thank you very much! Between the two accommodation businesses, the hotels.com and the Gardiner, MT, hotel, I was thrown in the street. Fine accommodations! Pulling in Gardiner, MT, I kept seeing "No Vacancy" signs at various hotels. It was very upsetting to have my reservations, made several months back, cancelled. I had to reduce myself to beg for a room, at higher rate! I am now trying to write to the proper authorities (if they exist) at Hotels.com to tell them about their wayward ways, and then cancel, wipeout my account there, and never, ever again do biz w/this hotels.com, coz it's not needed. So long! Your biz goes away in my book. Regretfully, S. Altis

Ameika was wonderful when checking in and the staff was great overall. Free water bottles and good air conditioning. Convenient location to the gateway to Yellowstone. The property is a bit outdated, but it serves its purpose, we were not in the room for very long. Also free laundry! Highly suggest getting a river view to Im or a cabin, those rooms seemed a bit more updated and much nicer.

Room we reserved had a beautiful view of the Yellowstone river, The room was spacious and clean. Hotel provided a lot of nice amenities, such as a free laundry, free s’mores, free, bottled water that we could refill in nearby Yellowstone park, and an adequate pool and hot tub. The only downside was that the town the hotel is in is very small and there weren’t a lot of dining or entertainment options there.

The Ridgeline is in a great location in Gardiner, especially if you’re entering or exiting the Yellowstone north entrance. The hotel staff were great & amenities were plentiful.

We enjoyed our time at the Ridgeline Hotel while traveling to Yellowstone with our 12 year old grandson. The staff was helpful. The complimentary s'mores kits by the fire pits was a nice touch. And when needed, the clean laundry room with detergent available was nice.

The staff was amazing and the amenities were great! The property has bikes you can check out so we rode bikes to dinner. It also lights a fire pit each evening and each guest receives a complimentary s'mores kit as well as a bottled water each day. The room wasclean and comfortable!
