Location and space were great. Many minor maintenance issues bring it down. Simple things that could be fixed easily—like a broken towel bar, missing plug covers, lights not working, fireplace on main level doesn’t work, ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms doesn’t work, and the pool table is a joke with wobbly legs and a torn felt top. We laughed at the long list of things that could (should) be done if the owner wanted a five star rating. Also—owner didn’t give correct instructions on checking in (if you have to push the home button before putting in the code you should say so) and update the WiFi instructions when they change.

After dealing with no heat for over 24 hours, once that was fixed, we all enjoyed our time together and would consider staying there again.

The cabin was very nice. I loved the three levels. The teenagers had a great place to chill with the pool table. Rooms were great and I really liked the many bathrooms so everyone had room to get ready. We also saw a bear, which was fun!

I had to spend the second day of my trip washing all of the sheets and the cabin because on one of our beds we had old blood and foot prints from a dog on one of ours sheets me and my guest had a bad feeling that all of the sheet was not cleaned after seeing that..also on when I was booked the cabin I looked at the reviews someone had posted about the pool table not being usable and yall made a comment saying that yall were working on the pool table well it is October and still not fixed very disappointing because we love playing pool as a family but was not able to play pool for the whole trip..fans are not ceiling fans do not work in All of the rooms and had to call maintenance to fix the fireplace.. also about the bloody sheets I contacted maintenance about this n the morning hours but had no response from them until the evening after I had spent the whole day of my vacation washing sheets because I was not going to have my family on nasty bloody or dirty sheets also when I hostess contacted me was not until the evening when I had already spent my vacation day washing sheets so that my family would have clean sheets

Loved the house and enjoyed our stay. We had trouble getting into the property and had to wait for a while to be let in and the pool table was damaged other than that everything was great! We also a a few visits from some young bears during the week! Definitely would stay here again at Serenity house.

TN cabin

The view was great, the house was spacious and clean, as well as we had wildlife visits everyday at the cabin all but one day out of our seven days there! This cabin was perfect for our group! We cannot wait to come back. The owner is very quick at responding to any questions you may have!

Fantastic

This was exactly what we wanted, plenty of room for everyone without being on top of each other. It’s close enough to town, but far enough you feel like you are in the countryside. We saw at least 1 bear every day we were there. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

Our cabin stay

We loved our cabin. We liked that there were enough bedrooms and that they all had comfortable king (one queen )beds. We spent lots of time on the porch, just enjoying nature and the hot tub. It was nice to have a main area on all three floors. Only 2 of the bedrooms had on suite bathrooms, with small showers. The host Mario was super responsive when we needed things. We even saw the neighborhood bear.

Perfect for our party of 10

Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean. Location was perfect for us. Not right in town, so it was quiet. End of a Cul-De-Sac so no traffic. Would stay again.

Google had the address to the house, two houses to the north. I got google to correct the address to the house. It’s a nice home. Needs more chest of drawers. Some of the bedrooms did not have any.

Gatlinburg on the Holidays

We found that the Cabin had a great location, plenty of space, comfortable beds and accurate about the facilities announced. The owner was easy to access with prompt responses. We had been visiting TN for almost 7 years, and we expected a better condition of facilities, couches, and sofas. They were broken, the pillows and cushions were worn and some broken.A door in one of the closets was broken and the property needed a deep cleaning. We payed near 300 for a good cleaned cabin. We paid 1350 approximately for 2 nights in total. We expected better conditions lf the cabin in overall and less dust on lamps and surfaces as well. Again, this is Not the first time we stay in Cabind at TN.

We came from Sourh Carolina to be in the Christmas Parade. So the cabin was a great location and convenient location for where we Setup. If you want to see bears this is the neighborhood for you. We had a black bear get into Everyone of our groups vehicles (2 vehicles were broken into and bears got inside). The neighbors truckbed had a soft cover and the cover was ripped into and the bear was looking around for food. The cabin itself was large spacious enough for our group. It was somewhat refurbished inside, but cheaply done. Some of the things noticed by our group was the "cheap trailer doors", non matching furniture (the livingroom wasn't furnished for a large group), tv's weren't in all the rooms, and everyone complained about the HARD memory foam mattresses. The floors squeaked from top level to main level. I had to sleep with earplugs to drown put the couple above us walking around. Apparently there was no insulation between floors so you can hear EVERYTHING from the other floors. So I wouldn’t plan on any romantic time (When the couple above us got into bed (we heard them say, "this mattress doesn't give, does it!") There were several roaches seen during our visit (one in the master bathroom and 2 in the kitchen)

50th Family Christmas

Our overall experience was quite enjoyable as we celebrated our 50th Anniversary Christmas with our kids and grandkids while we were staying at the cabin. Our young adults thoroughly enjoyed their own space with the pool table. A few minor negatives... the dining table would have seated 12 but not enough chairs, same in the livingroom area. If staying in cold weather, take blankets or comforter. Beds have only sheets. And, BEWARE, bears will be a part of your stay. There are minor inconeviences that could be addressed for the cost of the unit, such as more clothes hangers in closets, closet doors off track, floor registers with scuffed paint. Unit was clean. chairs, sane
