Checked into room 348 and there were bugs everywhere. Killed 2 small roaches immediately, and they were on the wall and carpet, and then multiple bugs were on the dresser and the base of the TV stand. Called the front desk, and because we booked through Expedia they couldn’t do a partial refund or any compensation, all they could do was move us to a different room. We had to move all our luggage ourselves with no assistance from staff. No food option for breakfast, be prepared to drive at least 10 minutes to get breakfast if you need to eat before 8am (we were here for soccer tournament). Staff was friendly, but kept saying the bugs were due to former guests leaving doors open. There is just no way that many bugs (over 12 total) came into a room because of a door being open by a prior guest; we didn’t even check in until after 8pm. The new room was very musty and damp, too. The rooms should be adequately checked and cleared by housekeeping and staff prior to check-in to avoid experiences like we had. Would not stay here again.

Room was spotless and everyone was so nice. If we needed something they did it right then. Very pleased with our stay. It has everything you need it also has a restaurant in the lobby.

Worst stay ever. Took the pool side room, having taken from Expedia, they gave a room in front of rock (no pool visible). Extremely Humid, smelled the whole time, terrible room amenities. I came back from the outing and found wheel of my suitcase broken. It smelled so bad, TV remote had no battery, and in addition- It says Breakfast available ( just so you know it’s not included)- like if you don’t wanna provide, maybe don’t say anything. Worst stay ever- never booking thru Expedia again- they discriminated the whole time

The room was very clean. There were some things that could be addressed as far as some of the paint in the bathroom and the Bottom of the tub was discolored and kind of ugly. You could hear everything from the room next-door. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Great location! Rooms are clean and staff friendly. Breakfast is not included but easy to bring your own and use their refrigerator and microwave or go to the Log Cabin Pancake House (highly recommend).

Loved our stay.. could use a little attention in some areas. Our room was clean and comfortable. The "black out"" did have holes in them, not enough to let in a ton of light,but were noticeable. Bathroom, while works for 2, is very small. Front desk clerks were very helpful with other places to eat, shop and visit. BEST music ever!!
