**Please Note: This property is our own vacation home and operated by us, not a 3rd party company. Our ask is that you enjoy and treat our home like your home. All bookings require a renter agreement to be signed fully within 24 hours to finalize booking. Guest booking must be over age 25 due to liability and insurance purposes, sign renter agreement, provide drivers license ID copy, and submit a $200 security deposit. The cabins water comes from our water well, and has a natural high sulfur content - although its great for skin, some guests do not like the smell of sulfur - please note before booking. Fireplaces are only available from November-February. Individual items or decor in home are subject to change occasionally from time-to-time due to wear and tear, damages or removals. At times, appliances may not work (often previous guests tampered/damaged it) - this includes TVs, internet, hot tub, kitchen appliances, and HVAC system. If this occurs host is not able to provide refunds due to circumstantial issues that are not fully in the hosts control. Please note before booking. Lastly, exterior of property has blink security camera at parking area and front patio to ensure safety of guest and property**

This cabin offers its guests a water park and a hot tub. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities are also featured at the family-friendly cabin.
