The 23 smoky getaway

Even though it wasnt what i seen while booking it was 80% acute. There were several large spider webs but service guy came the next day. The whole stay we never received any wash clothes..there was absolutely NO MOUNTAIN VIEW....but overall we had a great time.

the property its self was very nice the only thing i didn't care for was the cleanliness bottles and so much dust under the bed and coffee behind the fridge little things like that it would have been nice to have a broom and dustpan on site and the trash bin was full from whomever stayed before us other then that it was a wonderful stay and i would definitely stay again

Cabin

The cabin was nice and I felt like a had privacy sitting on my deck and being out in the hot tub! And we were right down the street from a grocery store, family dollar, and beer and liquor store, and gas station. And the main strip was an short drive as well if you plan on spending time on the main strip. Me personally, I didn't. But if that's your thing, then it's not to far. It was like 4 miles on down the rd from the cabin

Filthy, would not recommend

Property was filthy, It looks like the do the absolute bare minimum to clean between stays.. There where dead bugs on the TV stand in the master bedroom, no parking at all, 2 vehicles at best, dusty window sills, dirty shower, I found hair in my bed, and the stove looks old and dirty.. Would not recommend…

Great Location

My family and I stayed here for the Christmas holidays. Cons: Check in process: the listing states checkin is after 4pm. At 5pm I still had not received the door code. I called the front desk and they stated that the checkin listed is a guesstimate and that it could be anytime before midnight. After a 7 hr drive, my whole family waited in our vehicles until 8pm. Highly annoying because I had just purchased groceries. Alarms: An alarm at a nearby cabin went over for an entire 24-hrs. You could hear it through the entire cabin. Beds: Not comfortable, not enough pillows, or blankets. Cleanliness: Not top tier but okay. Hot-tub: Hidden and in the Corner. It was kinda scary and we decided not to get in. Supplies: Not enough cooking supplies. Pros: Location: Great Location. Price: Great Price View: Great View. Better in person. Lesson: You pay for what you get. Considering the price and the location it was a good deal. I probably won’t stay here again.

Needs repairs

The house was fine, but there were several broken things including the corner of the pool table, the TV cabinet downstairs, heavily stained carpets, the lights didn’t work on the hot tub nor did several of the jets. For the amount being paid for the stay, these updates really need to happen. I also had to call on the way to the destination to make sure my payment was verified to get the packet information including the door code.

I would have given it 5 stars, but…

We arrived late afternoon. The internet was out at our cabin. Then they sent someone who couldn’t fix it. They also said that they needed to clean and/or fix the rugs. They were never cleaned. We had 4 forks, for a family of 8. The kitchen had very small pans, for like a couple of people. The trash had not been emptied in the cans on the porch from the guests before us. We put more in, thinking that the resort would empty them. So, a big male bear came to our porch to get some food. Luckily. no one was hurt. Our family was too scared to use the jacuzzi. The cabin had good bones and the right idea, but it just didn’t rate for a great vacation. The girls answering the phones were pleasant, but they seemed to not have a person to fix various problems. Our key pad on the door wouldn’t open the last night. It had worked previously, so?!
