The staff were nice. What made this stay "ok" was the parking and the room. The parking lot is very small for a hotel this size. If you dont get a parking spot at the hotel, the over flow parking is about 2 blocks away. It rained one night during our stay. When we woke up, our room was very muggy. It felt like we had slept in a tent and rolled out of a sleeping bag. Went to the window and found lots of condensation on the frame. The pool was ok if you dont mind the smell of chlorine. We alone stayed a few minutes because it started to burn our eyes.

Overflow parking is not convenient and had to walk it at night. Mold inside lampshade. Blood on bedding. Urine on wall in bathroom. Holes in other beds bedding. Walls paper thin and heard coughing of other guests all night. RUDE gentleman at front desk who said he didn’t believe pictures and would have to see for himself. Also never apologized down the issues. Obviously got refund but avoid this place at all costs. I only stayed the one night bc I got in so late and couldn’t find another hotel. It was AWFUL

Good: The room was large and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet overall, even though it was sold out for Valentine's Day weekend. The staff, from check in desk to cleaning crew, were all friendly and helpful and kept the place looking good. The location is ideal for walking the strip or for driving into the park. Not So Good: The breakfast was reasonably well stocked, though the eggs left a lot to be desired. The shower curtain was neither wide enough or long enough, which caused a few puddles on the floor. Would we stay at this property again? YES

Clean hotel, clean rooms, good location. Staff was average, I didn't utilize housekeeping. I stayed for three nights and I was on the ground floor behind the office and close to the breakfast area. Noisy in the halls in general around 7a. Staff was louder than expected and fellow tourists were louder. Beds were a nice, but a little hard for my preference. Location in Gburg is perfect, everything within walking distance. I would def stay again.

The room and halls always smelled clean, no matter what time of day it was. Rooms were vary spacious and organized. Breakfast was good. It changed everyday, which was nice. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Cozy hotel, good breakfast! Clean and quiet. Most is that you can walk to almost all parks less then 5 mins walk. Dining and stores around, travel with family and can’t wait to go back!

Pros: The room was quite clean, although it smelled old, moldy. Breakfast is better than average, a lot of tables, on a second day there was chicken, a nice surprise. Elevator is quick. Some rooms are rather large with big bathroom. Beds are comfy. CLose to the main street. Cons: Room smell. Holw hotel is old and even udpated it has "smells" associated with a long use, mold, not enough fresh air inside. Pool - cold as my fridge, both water and air there, I don't know who would swim there, it was cold when I was dressed up in the swimming pool room, can't even imagine getting in the water. Mirror in the room was hanging by teh hair, literally fell off when I tried to straighten it, but I caught it. They've used my knife to remove the bottom holder and took it away so it does not break. Parking is super limited and cramped, barely had last space left on one day at 9pm.

This hotel appears to very clean however this hotel is filled with bed bugs and insect the staff however is very friendly but like most companies management does nothing and staff does what they can with-in there scope also when booking through Expedia you have to go through them to get any issues resolved didn't care for that process because Expedia not there or does not have a representative onsite
