Location was great to access downtown. Short walk to Convention Center. Indoor pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. There are a few things in that area that could use some attention but nothing that kept us from using the pool.

Room was super noisy. Had to call desk three times the first night there. Finally got someone to see about above neighbors. Started back up at 3:30am. I didn’t want to stay the additional night but was never responded back too. Waste of money in my opinion. Look for a quieter and better hotel.

We had booked a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed. It was directly across from the elevator. The floor in the bathroom had obviously not been cleaned in a long time. There were holes in the walls in the bathroom and main room, as if the room was in need of remodeling. There was no top sheet for the sofa bed. I called to request one, the person who answered the phone sighed, said “fine” in a derogatory tone, and hung up. Housekeeping obviously does not care. I don’t mind if a hotel is old, but if it is dirty and run down, it’s not worth the cost. There are plenty of other options in this town.

Room was large. Staff was nice. No wall decor and old brackets hanging everywhere in room. Beds and bathroom adequate. Very close to strip which was so nice. Breakfast was good. Front entry needs update.

Convenient location to down town Gatlinburg, google maps tried to send us in via neighbours paid car park though, luckily i clicked that wouldn't of been right, so i pulled over on a side street and rechecked. Place seemed alright at the start, but we didn't feel well after a couple of nights stay, the room had a funny smell in it unfortunately.
