I, like some other people, booked this location based on the website pictures. Those pictures in no way are a true depiction of this property I'm sure were those pictures came from. The desk clerk was friendly, she asked if we would like a first floor or third floor room, we were given a room on the first floor. This room had terrible smell and bugs. I returned to the desk told the clerk she gave us a room on the third floor, this room was better, looked as through the beds were new, and no smell or bugs. The only amenity was the pool which was not very impressive. There are no phones in the rooms at least not ours. The bathtub looked dirty and the water dripped none stop. Not much positive I can say about this property but it was close to whatever we wanted to do. I would stay clear of this place .

Extremely Rude People! And the motel charged a $225 deposit! We just needed a room somewhere and went with this one because it looked nice. They treated us with total disrespect!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last place on earth! Online pictures looked nice, but the place turned out to be a total trash pit!

The hotel appeared to be in the process of renovating. Our original room had a broken air conditioner that was broken so we were immediately moved. The new room was ok. We had no towels or wash cloths but went to the front desk and was given towels and hand towels. We did not receive any clean towels or wash cloths the rest of stay. The trash was not taken from the room. Not sure house keeping ever came. Didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Could have been better.

Great location but the property needs work

The hotel needs quite a bit of updating to feel comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful but the property is in rough shape. The location is well suited for trips in and around Pigeon Forge.

The room didn't have shower water, so I changed the room and the room smelled a lot and the air conditioner didn't work, so I felt really bad. Also, the room cleaning was sloppy and there were no towels. It's a terrible place.

Our room was dirty. The sides of the toilet had not been cleaned in a very long time. The shower had soap scum all over it. There were no blankets on the bed only sheets. The towel bar fell off a soon as we put a towel on it. We only initially got one wrinkled towel in our room. The air conditioning was hooked to only a blue box and appeared to be a fire hazard. There was a large dumpster in the parking lot full of garbage. We only had a small trash can in the bathroom for the entire room. Breakfast options were slim to none. The trees were overgrown and limited any type of view. I would not recommend anyone stay here as other guests complained of their rooms as well.

the property was not what was shown the hot tub was filled with concrete . the room had a bad hair dryer, no coffee maker, no microwave. and if you stay more then a day you never get your room cleaned until you leave you have to go ask for more clean towels along with not having no blankets in the room upon arrival

Worst hotel state of all time.

The floors were filthy. The hot tub did not work. One of the toilets did not work. The coffee machine was missing. One of the beds was missing a comforter one of the other comforters had a dead bug in it so we couldn’t use it. The microwave was Rusty. The lampshade still had plastic wrap on them that said please remove before use. There was not enough toilet paper and no one came to give fresh towels, fresh bedsheets, or anything during the day. There is a very suspicious and gross looking stain on the couch. All of the desk and table services were sticky and dirty. Our trash cans were never emptied, and they got very full. When I asked the staff for extra blankets, they did not give us any.

Don’t do it

We needed one night to stay before heading to our cabin as we extended our trip. When we pulled up we felt like the place looked fine. Nothing fancy, but would serve its purpose. We checked in late around 10pm. Staff came off a little cold but I thought “whatever, it’s an inexpensive place for just one night”. Upon entering the room we noticed the floor was sticky. The bathroom was disgusting with a hole in the wall, dirty floor and tub with a terrible repair job and hair laying around. No shower for us. After deciding the sheets were clean we decided we would just deal with it, we would be there less than 12 hours. After bringing our things in I realized there was no way to lock the door from the inside. Half the safety lock was missing. I decided we were in a safe area, we were exhausted, it’s fine. So we crawled into bed…it wasn’t uncomfortable but it creaked and popped when I moved. Well, at one am I woke up to the sound of the door handle rattling around. I jumped up and yelled. Then there was a knock. Heart pounding, I peek through the curtain. It’s an employee. She tells me that the computer showed the room was vacant. She half apologized, took my last name and left. Hard to sleep after that adrenaline rush of terror. Never again.
