I did the pre-check in on my phone. Upon arrival the front desk couldn’t find my name on the computer. It wasn’t until I told the woman that I did the pre-check that she then found my room keys off to the side. Does completing the pre-check in always cause this confusion?

I accidentally booked the wrong microtel, and almost changed the booking, I’m glad I didn’t. The staff here was great, very friendly. I’ll def stay again

Got to room and there was zero soap in sink soap pump and zero shampoo in shower pump. Shower took 5+ min to stop running freezing water and water pressure was so bad it basically just poured out instead of sprayed. No outlets to charge anything at nightstand so we unplugged the two nightstand lights—which were broken. They turned on but were those gooseneck style that you aim at a book or something, but the necks were broken so they just dangled and hung there, aimed at floor. Front desk person was less than friendly. And I was given an accessible room after specifically picking a non-accessible room. Room seemed clean but we weren’t exactly feeling trusting about the cleanliness since there was no soap in sink and shower area. I rolled the dice and lost— price was decent but I won’t be staying again.

Pretty clean, the room had an old smell to it, nothing horrible, I sprayed some cologne and it got better. There was a plastic razor blade protector on top of the sink from previous guest… the room could use something to cover the light that blinks at night, that’s on the wall I’m guessing the smoke detector or something of the sorts, it was pretty annoying. Other than that everything was great.
