The condition of the room was unacceptable. There was visible mold on the bed, and both the bed and the couch were noticeably stained. Most concerning, a damaged section of the rug exposed a rusty nail, which punctured my girlfriend’s foot when she stepped on it. This posed a serious safety hazard. Overall, the state of the room and the experience as a whole were extremely disappointing and far below reasonable standards.
