Staff was friendly. Room’s can be remodeled. Needs to be more modern to compete with new hotels nearby. Beds were uncomfortable. Not too much pressure when flushing toilet.

I lost my phone/wallet at one of the slot machines and everyone from the wonderful cocktail server, the front desk people, and the security team, all took the incident very seriously. They checked cameras, and found my phone. This is a fantastic team at the Grand Z, and we will be staying here every time.

The room was extremely small and DIRTY. We’ve stayed here many years & it has steadily declined. The elevators are a pain to get up to the rooms. And most especially when they aren’t working, which is what happened when we were there. Had to be taken on the employee freight elevator to get up to the rooms. We will not be staying here ever again.
