Everything was so nice until I got ready to take a shower at about 10-11pm. There were absolutely no bath towels. I tried calling housekeeping from the room phone two-three times but no answer. I called the front desk and a nice girl answered amd said someone would bring towels. I waited for about an hour and there wasn't any towels. I went ahead and took a shower forced to dry off with a hand towel and went to sleep. And about 2am got a knock on the door (waking me up)with towels. Other than the towel situation it was a good stay.

The room was clean and bright. Check in was easy on the kiosk. We did, however, need a room near the elevator for mobility reasons, and also requested two queens instead of one king bed. The front desk clerk was very accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel to travelers. The only negative was the hair dryer didn't work and there was no microwave.

Everything was perfect. Till I request housekeeping services because I was need clean blankets and towels and they take 1 day and a half to clean my room and get clean towel and my understanding was I paid a resort fee for this stuffs Also the service to check out on the room didn't work. Check in was easy and fast

I only liked the price for the room. There was trash on the floor in the room from the previous tenant. Several areas smelled of mold. We weren't informed that we need to use our room key to make the elevator go to our floor.
