First of all, upon arrival, we found ourselves greeted by an employee from the Hourseshou Casino. The air conditioning in the room never worked. Although we had a service pet, the pet in the room next door never stopped barking all night. My experience was HORRIBLE.

Lady Luck has bed bugs a doesn’t care!!!

The worst ever!! Room had bed bugs plus no clerk a front desk just a kiosk with zero assistance! But the bed bugs were disgusting and the worst part is they didn’t even care!! Luckily Cherry a hotels.com stepped in and handled business! So grateful to her!!
