We called the property multiple times to confirm SEMI parking. When we got there they had no such thing. I asked to speak with the manager (who was clearly drunk when he answered) he said I can ask for a refund through Expedia. When Expedia requested the refund they didn’t even respond. This is a scam that this hotel is run in to get rooms double paid for. We paid for 2 night that we never got to use, and still had to find somewhere else to stay.

The casino wasn’t much at all. This place is all about price and location. It’s kind of in the middle of all the casino’s in Black Hawk. I would recommend it you are going to be out and about most the time.
