Indulge in your private Wine Country escape, just minutes from the enchanting Dry Creek and Alexander Valley wineries and a quick 10-minute drive to Healdsburg Plaza. This beautifully updated home features an open-concept main level leading to an expansive entertainment deck overlooking the property. The fully equipped kitchen with island bar seating flows seamlessly into the living and dining areas, offering all the comforts of home with modern finishes, cookware, and appliances.

The main house includes three bedrooms: a spacious king suite on the main level, and two upstairs bedrooms each with a queen bed, along with two full bathrooms.

The guest house offers a king bedroom upstairs and a stylish Article memory foam pull-out sofa in the downstairs living area, plus two full bathrooms (one on each level), a full kitchen with bar seating, and a comfortable lounge space.

Step outside to enjoy multiple entertaining areas, including a fire pit (propane provided), bocce court, and cornhole setup — perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine.

The newly completed game room is housed in the converted garage and features a large TV and seating area, ping pong table, dart board, two multi-game arcade units, game table, board games, puzzles, a washer and dryer, and a treadmill with a compact workout area.

The surrounding yard features rows of lavender, Zinfandel vines, and table grapes, creating a picture-perfect Wine Country setting.

Reliable Starlink (Tesla satellite) internet is available. A drip coffee maker is provided (coffee not included).

Conveniently located just 8 minutes from downtown Healdsburg and within walking distance to Mauritson and Ridge wineries.
