Overall good, but nearly every door on the 3rd floor was missing a hydraulic door stop and every door slammed all night long other wise a very great hotel for the kiddos who loved the water park

Checked in about 7pm. Everything was great till morning. Toilet clogged and was over flowing. Went to front desk at 6am and they went in the back and looked for a plunger and they never came back out. I had to leave, then came back at 8am and they said they would come up and fix it. Never came, so I had to use the hallway bathroom until I left. Pretty crappy I couldn’t use my own bathroom.

After a few nights on the road and different hotels we were very happy with our last night at the Garner Hotel. The front desk lady was so kind and offered us hot cocoa and cookies! The room was spotless and breakfast was excellent with many options and delicious coffee. We plan on visiting Gillette again and will for sure stay at The Garner hotel. Have already recommended it to our children as I'm sure the grandchildren would love the pool facilities. Highly recommend.
