Great size. Needs some updating. Kitchen cabinets need organizing and cleaning out. Found clothes items in closets. Definitely felt like someone's home that they just stepped away for the day. Watch out for front porch tiles - very slick in wet weather. Spectacular sunrise view out the front!!

Unclean kitchen

The property was beautiful but the kitchen cupboards & drawers were filthy. We did not have WiFi for 3 days & the water to the house was off for a few hrs. The property manager addressed the water quickly I would appreciate a refund because we had planned on using the kitchen.

Nice, large house

It was a nice large house with plenty of space for our 3 generations. We didn't spend much time at the house because we were in town for a family wedding, but we liked how clean it was, how secure the property was and how conveniently located it was for our event in Morgan Hill. Our family also stayed in the guest house on the property, which was really convenient for all of us. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were very responsive with our requests. Thank you!

Perfect location

This house was definitely home away from home. We felt like royalty staying in this huge property, with beautiful roses and fruit trees. Perfect location for day trips to San Fran, Moss Landing, Monterey!

Spacious private Family Home

Home was clean with extra bedding and towels. Kitchen had essentials. Downside there was no washer or dryer and this is typically a must have when traveling with kids snd staying multiple days.

Nice, but could have been MUCH BETTER

This rental property was LOVELY, & what I was looking for. However, the following issues are what kept me from giving a 5 star rating: AC consistently not working; really bad smell from some kitchen drawers; not able to access tower, even after given code for the door (door stuck after multiple tries); & MOST IMPORTANTLY, NO WATER overnight on July 16th. I had out of town guests who were leaving early the next morning, & they could not shower because of this. The hostess was very responsive, but the property manager could not come out until the next morning, & my guests were leaving by then. This was a MAJOR INCONVENIENCE for my family, myself, & my guests.

Beautiful property,

Beautiful property, Quiet, comfortable beds. The wifi didn't work but we did have cell service & Direct TV. We enjoyed picking fruit from the trees, sitting under the stars and the fact that the location was still close enough to town for Uber Eats. The only downside was that the Tub shot out mold & we couldn't find the washer & dryer as described in add.

Beautiful Property

House was accommodating to my family of 8 with enough space for everyone. Board games were available, watch tower was a super cool feature the kids enjoyed. Only negative was 1/3 shower heads in the master bathroom was broken. But not an inconvenience as there were still 2 other functioning shower heads. Definitely recommend! Beautiful grounds!

Perfect central location for a multi-day mountain bike trip- Harvey Bear, Henry Coe, Soquel Forest, Fort Ord, all within an hour. We enjoyed the rural tranquility while relaxing after the day's ride. Everything was as advertised, would definitely come again.

Excellent - highly recommend

This property is everything it said it was and more. The fruit trees provided a snacks and the bedroom/bathroom combo met our needs. The only issue we had was spotty WiFi, but it did not impact our stay. Should we ever find ourselves in this area again, we would most definitely rent it.

Hello, jyothis We just checked out of your beautiful home. I just wanted to say we felt very welcomed and you were very accommodating. It was spacious and luxurious and I would love to come back when I’m back in town . We left everything how u had it and we put the dirty towels we used on the floor of the bathroom by the main bedroom we took all of the linens from the bed and put them in a pile in the living room . Once again I appreciate you having us and until next time thank you . By the way I gave you all stars in rating thank you

Disappointing

We chose not to stay at this property from February 14 through February 18. There was difficulty with the heating and we could not be certain of a remedy during a holiday weekend,. We opted to find a hotel in the area. This was unfortunate since the property was lovely.

Relaxing getaway in Gilroy

We had a lovely weekend at this private, quiet home. Prior to checking in, I called the owner James and he was happy to provided me instructions and directions to the property. When we arrived, we found the home clean and also very spacious, with a number of updates apparently completed recently. The property was ideal for our situation in that our family of 2 adults/2 children stayed in the main house while our sons’ grandparents stayed in the separately rented guest house within walking distance across the courtyard. Throughout the weekend, we enjoyed chatting on the porch in the tranquil setting while our young boys played about the property. During our visit, we went to nearby Gilroy Gardens and the outlet mall and loved it. The whole weekend was wonderful.

interesting agriculture location

location is quiet, which is very nice. The eating space and kitchen were spacious and perfect for us. The children loved the big bath. We had to put 3 children on the floor (which was disappointing as we had said we were a party of 10), but were thankful for the mattress in the closet.

Large property, great location!

The property is large and situated a bit back from the main road. Surrounded by farm land and lots of room for kids to run around. We had a great new years eve here with a large extended family. Some useful tips: - The property includes a washer/dryer - The Wifi network name and code is printed on the side the router - The owner sent us a text message with the lockbox code the day of checkin. - Great outdoor space to grill
