We were told the wrong information about early check in and had to wait 40 mins in the lobby as our first impression. It took us several minutes to even find a person who worked there every time we had a question. The pool hours were only till 7, which is absurd. The room had dirty linens and zero accomodations (no gym, no lobby bathroom even). Breakfast was terrible.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast had hot items as well as cereal and packaged pasteries. The room was austere but comfortable, and the pillows were plump, but the air conditioner was loud. Denny's is right next door when you need a convenient restaurant.

Very few breakfast options. No juice, yogurt, or bread available. Disappointed with breakfast. We have stayed at Comfort Inn many times in the past and a decent breakfast was always available as well as afternoon treats and refreshments for guests. Nothing offered in Gilroy.

Family trip

The hotel was clean and comfortable. They do offer continental breakfast I believe it’s from 6 to 930. A lobby were I was able to meet family and just sit and chat very comfortable.

not worth the money

The rooms, were ok, we were there for 5 days, we asked several different times to have our room cleaned and to get new towels, they always for got, and we had to go to the lobby and get them. it was noisy in the hallways, kids were allowed to play, and run up and down the halls until about midnight. The breakfast was ok, but they were always out of some of the food, and had to keep asking to replenish, they did not like being asked to replenish.

Booked a room with sofa bed and the way it was placed it could not be open, had to move things around it was a hassle. The floor was dirty could not be barefoot without feet turning dark and there was a smell. If you’re sensitive to smells this hotel is not for you. Could have been better for the price.
