The gate to the creek is accessible during summer and fall (use at your own risk), deers can be spotted around the house, and there are an amazing amount of bird species in trees (especially early in the morning or at dusk). See the beautiful sunrise in the front of the home, and enjoy peaceful sunsets and a magical golden hour out on the deck.
Other Things to Note: **The house is located in a quiet community. After 10 pm all outdoor entertaining needs to move inside and the hot tub can no longer be used. **Fireplace and deck heater: please be advised these are not operable by guests. **There are outdoor cameras & noise monitors to help us maintain our sensitive neighbor relations & assure a peaceful tranquil experience for everyone!
