Almost everything was amazing. The only thing that was disappointing was the indoor pool was unbearable to go swimming. You would think it would be climate controlled being that it’s indoors. Kiddos was a little upset because they couldn’t swim in there due to it being so hot and stuffy.

I waited 2 hours for someone to finish laundry, only 1 washer available. I transferred and paid for dryer for them, they waited for me and tried to assault me, spit in my face and lunged at me. I called the police and they did nothing and neither did the front desk clerk.

Lovely, competent service representative managing front desk. We did have to switch rooms because the tv wouldn’t work This was a hassle, and second room was not comparable. We did appreciate the swift change, the second room was fine, just not what we wanted. But all personnel were proficient and pleasant.

Staff were excellent, breakfast was great with variety of items, room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is the floor/carpet in the room had a sticky feeling. It seemed clean so idk if it’s a cleaning product but it’s weird.
