Check-in was good but room and breakfast was a little short of being good. The room had a bad Oder as soon as you open the door my first words to my wife is what is that smell? They had the ac fan set to 60 degrees. I’m sure to try to mask the smell. The breakfast was ran by one person that couldn’t keep up with the supply and demand. Had no meat products to choose from. Both dishes were empty of scrambled eggs. The biscuits were not completely cooked all the way. So it was basically fruit and packaged danishes with a coffee.

We've stayed at Quality Inn Goldendale many times and it never fails to be excellent. Comfy beds, sheets & pillows. Lots of towels, very spacious rooms and the AC works great. Very nice and attentive staff. They do a very good job at this property. And it's a very good value

Good beds.

Best bed out of sleeping in 6 different places. Definitely older but they are upgrading. Only fast food unless you go into town a couple of miles. We would stay again .

Not so clean with not so good service

Reserved a king suite and got a standard double bed room. Showed them my confirmation but they basically said that I didn’t pay for a king suite even though my confirmation said I did. The room was disgusting the carpet was gross. I got bed bugs I believe from this place I had two bits on my stomach. Oh and the first day I didn’t have tv cause my tv was broke but they had no one to come change it or fix it even though it was only 4pm.

They were updating the lock, I had to use a key and it was kind of hard to figure out. The pool was closed and that is a big part of what I had planned my family vacation around. I guess they were missing a part for the disability pool chair so no one was allowed to use the pool. It was a very big let down. I feel like I should have been compensated in some way since I didn’t get what I paid for.

This was a clean and comfortable place and had a nice homey feel in the lobby. The desk clerk that handled our check in, (i believe her name was Bree), was friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, properly stocked, and everything in working. The desk clerk the next morning when we checked out, (Colton), was also courteous, professional, attentive, and helpful. I had a billing question that was answered to my complete satisfaction. I want to give these two individuals my thanks and a 5 star review of excellence. The hotel was great, the room was wonderful, but the way these two handled themselves impressed me the most as a tired traveler. Thank you Quality Inn iand Suites in Goldendale.

Nice, clean rooms that had been recently remodeled. They did have actual metal keys for the rooms as they were in the middle of switching to key-less entry. Staff was incredibly nice but the lobby reeked of cigarette smoke but all of the rooms were non-smoking. Overall, a nice quiet place to stay in a small town.
