I first booked on line then the next 3 days, I booked with front desk. May 9, 2026 Saturday was our last night. We had an event in Lillington NC, when we returned about 11:30 pm or so, our keys did not work. I called two numbers several times and there was no answer the first few times. Then the called was answered and I was hung up on. I had to sleep in my car until like 6am, I went to a friends house. Very dissapointed. The staff still charged my account. Will this be able to be disputed and returned? Thank you for concerns and questions.

The room was clean. Although the shower gel and shampoo containers were empty. I didn't mention anything. ¯There was only 1 fork in the utensil organizer. \_(ツ)_/¯ Akilah was very courteous and friendly. It was my first stay. Maybe not my last. But it was pretty impressive for the area.
