The location is convenient, lots of restaurantsaround. The room has a cute balcony that is nice. It has no elevator, just stairs, and it shares breakfast with the other cheaper place, making the waffle line long, only one waffle machine. The green light that shine brightly at night after all lights off, is very annoying.

This hotel should be closed! Not only is the place in total disrepair...the pool and hot tub are beyond disgusting. Nothing presents as the pictures do. The staff, what there is of it, could not care less about anything other than getting their money. We ended up leaving less than an hour after a three hour drive. We stayed a mile down the street at a wonderful hotel Towne and Country. Their staff informed me that we were not the first customers they heard voice grave concerns over the deplorable conditions at the Quality Inn in Gorham NH. Trust me ...ZERO Quality there...ZERO!!! Expedia needs to NOT be involved with this hotel. Truly a disgrace

It appeared that one of the beds in our room had been slept in and made haphazardly. There was also trash in the trash can still. We did ask to check in about an hour early, so perhaps they used through it.

Room was very clean , updated room , nice table and chairs, pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was all carbs no protein offered.... nothing for me to eat. Heater was new but not working correctly. Lady at desk was good to write it down. Room was very warm.
