I can only speak to my room, it was clean bed was great. Bathtub was damaged and they had tape over the damaged spot rendering the bathtub for a bath unusable. I was there for a wedding, my hair was fixed for wedding and the hotel had no shower caps. Seemed unfair to pay 200+ per night and tub be damaged. Left with an ick feeling. Sorry. Ac great, bed great. Tub gross. Wasn’t fresh repair tape so pulled up around edges looked like bacteria host to me.

Nice place but for the price…

The hotel was pretty good but for the price there could have been improvements. The pillows were half flattened, the old ac box was broken and kept falling off the wall, the jacuzzi wasn’t operating, and I noticed some dirty doors walking along the hallway. Water pressure was really disappointing, both when showering and flushing the toilet. The breakfast was great and the swimming pool was a hit! The staff were very very friendly. Overall it was a nice place to stay!

Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. While I understand the location may play a role in the conditions of the property, the hotel room was not up to my standards. The property was old and the bathroom drainage in the tub was extremely rusted and stained. I requested to be moved to another room and I was immediately denied by the front desk staff person who stated they were completely booked…despite having offered me options of floors upon checking in. The cleaning ladies looked at me crazy for asking them to try and clean the drain/tub. The location has nothing around it, dining, entertainment, street lighting, etc. I don’t recommend this property to anyone unless it is the last resort.

The property is fine. The cleaning could be better. There was period and pee all over our toilet before we even used it. Someone needs to retrain on how to clean. Breakfast was really good. Teresa was super friendly.

The stuff was friendly. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. They have a nice breakfast buffet. The only problem is our room smelled like cigarette's.
