"We really liked this hotel. It is clean, welcoming and convenient to the airport. The free shuttle service is great. We also liked the bar and restaurant areas. However, we could not give this place full marks for 2 reasons. Firstly, the check-in is very impersonal, being entirely online with no direct contact with staff. And secondly, the hotel room was too hot to sleep comfortably and there was no individual controls for temperature in the room. Therefore, we did not sleep well. If these two things were addressed, this place would be outstanding."

"All of the staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was amazingly delicious with so many options. The room was roomy and comfortable. Hot tub and pool great (remember to bring your swimming hat!). No air conditioning which is not normally an issue I'm guessing; there was a fan in the room. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner as "conditioning" shampoo does not work well. The toilet paper could definitely use an upgrade. The price of the room was much more reasonable (half the price) than The Anantara The Marker Dublin which is half a block away and a five star rather than a four star hotel. Personally, I prefer the Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane partly because there is no carpet in the room."
