At first glance the room seemed clean. But I found a large spider in the bathroom. Of course being Arizona it’s not unusual but somewhere in that bathroom there’s an opening critters are getting into. But more importantly was the attention to cleaning. There was left behind garbage from the previous guest beneath the bed. Obviously nobody is cleanning the floor under the bed.

Good stay for quick stay on a road trip

Overall everything was fine. Everything seemed clean, but the sheets had a few minor stains (again, they were cleaned, just still had the stains). One of the hand towels was disheveled and couldnt tell if it just wasn't set neatly or if it had been used and not replaced. Other than those minor things, all seemed clean, especially the bathroom. Aside from the pillows, bed was very comfortable (as far as the pillows go, its just my preference...nothing the hotel did wrong. They were too soft for me).

All was great; the only issue we had was a long wait to check in when the computer system crashed. The desk clerk didn’t seem to know much about how to resolve it, or provide any information as to how long it might take. We ended up walking across the street to a nearby restaurant and returning about 2 hours later; the system was back up.

The toilet backed up and all the staff could give was a plunger that I had to self-fix it. Didn't expect to fix a hotel room when I pay for the room. Breakfast had problems. They ran out of coffee and juice... the sausage weren't great. something was off with the sausages... I think they removed the carpets on the 2 floor. In my room, the table is placed very close to the door. I hit my leg on the pointy corner of the table inside the room. Needs a lots of updates.

Just OK for the money, I wouldn't give it a high rating as far as condition and location. I didnt think Baymont or Wyndham would allow this caliber of hotel in.
