Happy St.Patricks Day!

Came here for a court date. St.Pattys Day. Hotel was nice. Very relaxing. Off the beaten path but very close to the mall. Was able to grab a pair of dress slacks for court less than 5 minutes away. Breakfast was great. Hot tub was hot. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Horrible experience

The room was disgusting. The sheets had yellow stains all over them. I had to pull all the sheets off and sleep on top of the comforter AC system didn’t work hot water worked for about three minutes in the shower. The breakfast was disgusting the eggs taste like dirt and the bacon was soap burnt. It was black. Probably the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted in my life. Has one elevator. The rooms are outdated. The bed is uncomfortable if I wasn’t so tired, I would’ve left and found a new hotel.

Stay was pretty good. I just was disappointed that I wasn’t able to make it the first night because it was snowing and road was closed to drive. I understand it was not refundable. But I feel they could have switch days or gave a discount since Mother Nature surprise us all

Wonderful overnight stay!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the cookies and coffee in the lobby were a welcomed detail. Breakfast was simple and tasty. We will always stay here when in Flagstaff.

Overall the property was clean and the rooms were cleaned and well done. The only thing I would complain is how thin the walls are in the hotel along with the quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 6:00am but my god the amount of noise from the upstairs bedroom did not shut up till 1:00am with kids just running up and down the building. I called the front office about the issue right around 11:30pm and to no avail. Issue was not fixed and kids continued to run around like if the parents didn’t know any better.

There was wetness on the carpet that seemed to come from the shower. The carpet seemed old.. The front desk had difficulty getting the billing on the correct card so I still need to deal with that situation.

Front Desk gal was warm, welcoming, and professional. She gave us key details of times and locations of our room, ice machins, the pool area and complimentary breakfast. Walking into the lobby after a long travel day and being welcomed by the delicious aroma of complimentary fresh baked cookies was a nice touch !!
