It was terrible have never been to a Holiday Inn so bad dirty so run down I had to move from room because it was so dirty was about to ask for my money back. Very bad experience

Staff was friendly and helpful but the room was dirty and in poor condition. The headboards were pealing, the shower floor was stained, there werent any sheets for the pull out couch, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper available. We booked the hotel for the heated pool but it was out of order (apparently they had it listed as so on their website the previous month but had since taken it down). The 1 elevator available was pretty slow and there was no signage to point out where the stairs could be found. Overall, it was an okay, but slightly disappointing hotel stay.

Rooms are not clean we did not get daily housekeeping. Breakfast was sub par. Not many options and look mostly like they were from the day before the hotel staff was not friendly. There was one gentleman who always had his son there and his family seems like they lived there, but it was very odd as they were always there during the night, it was just a weird situation in the hotel overall I would not book again if I had better options and keep in mind they do not offer late checkouts

Room was not clean. I saw belongings of maybe previous guests. Pool and Jacuzzi was unavailable which I was ok with. What frustrated me was the keys not working multiple times.

The place was nasty. Trash piled up and leaking on the elevator landings, first room we got still had trash in it and something gross smeared all over the curtains, second room they gave us had dirty socks on the floor. We left because we didn’t trust that any further rooms would be clean. Refund was denied even though we didn’t stay because the place was a disaster.

Dated hotel that could use some deep cleaning and updating. It was reasonably clean. The bathroom sink was cracked in half and didn’t give hot water easily. Breakfast options were good. They jacked up the prices to $397 a night because of the Polar Express. Definitely not worth that price! Would have chosen another location if we had another option.

Checkin was an hour late because of the power outage and a lack of linen. When we showed up is when we learned the pool and hot tub were shut down. The room marketed for 6 people can fit maybe 4 and a child. The headboards are peeling and look incredibly disgusting. There was not one working vending machine or ice maker in the hotel so we couldn’t even get a drink without leaving the building. The icing on the cake was when we were in the room which we spent a total of one hour in, we noticed a dirty wash cloth in the shower - our family did not shower that evening. It was so bad that we packed up and drove back to Phoenix at 9pm!!

The hall carpeting was dirty. Housekeeping piled sheets and towels in the hallway. I even tripped on some sheets. Our toilet didn't flush properly and we had to ask for a plunger. Gratefully, it arrived very quickly.

There was un repaired water damage on the ceiling. The TV was broken. The pool and jacuzzi were closed. Soda and snack machines were out of order. The shower and room were disgusting. There was dirt and hair in the shower. Pee drips on the side of the toilet. The headboards were peeling and dirty.
