We stayed here a couple of weeks ago during a family vacation, and unfortunately the room was not very pleasant. My daughter was especially unhappy with the experience. The biggest issues were the view, which was just a wall, and the floors, which were very dirty and dingy. Overall, the room felt run down and not well maintained. While the room size was good, the condition really took away from our stay. Additionally, the staff did not seem very welcoming and appeared unhappy, which made the experience feel less comfortable. Because of this, we would not choose to stay here again if we return to Williams.

Excellent, but next time I will make sure I don’t stay on the first floor. The kids above our room were running and jumping from 5:30 - 8:00am, and I couldn’t sleep my extra hour before checking out.

This place is very run down. It started at check in. The power was out and couldn’t check in. Then I went back at 3:15 and the room wasn’t ready. It’s very old. We came back to the room after being down town and the room smelled like sewer. The front desk guy didn’t even try to help. He said to spray some air freshener. They over booked so couldn’t move us. All the other hotels were sold out.
