Good location, but needs upgrade

We stayed there Aug 25-28. This is an old hotel. No breakfast included on our stay, but a lot of fast food and restaurants nearby. They have a good size pool. We had the family suit, which has 3 beds, small kitchen countertop with small sink, refrigerator and microwave. Everything was pretty old, the kitchen sink was clogged and has very little water from the faucet. There was a lamp plugged in with no light bulb (it's a hazard). The carpet floors seem a bit old and dirty. It's ok if you're out all day and only sleeping there. This hotel needs an upgrade for sure. However, the location is great, about one hour from Grand Canyon, and you can explore the town, Williams where the famous Route 66 is. We didn't have any other issues.

This property is awful, mattress pad was ripped to shreds on both beds, not sure how you can protect against bed bugs with a shredded mattress pad, the carpet was filthy, the room stunk from the minute we walked in, I’m glad I booked only one night. Thank god. The only perk was we were allowed to bring our dogs, but it felt like we stayed in a kennel with them.

We love this hotel only one problems before revision i check it what's the included free parking and free wi-fi and breakfast brakes were checking after said no breakfast included. But Expedia websites or hotels is liar I'm not sure.
