The room was decent, bathroom soap container was falling off the wall. The TV's in both insuite rooms were not working. I asked the front clerk for assistance, she said somebody was going to come to the room to take a look at them but nobody showed up. The location is great but i wouldn't stay there again.

Very nice place, bed is huge. Which is I love. But the bathroom flooring is flooding. We only stay for 1 night. Also we the bathroom is not clean right. I took a picture of a soap and pubic hair. That disgusting!

We survived it. When we checked in, we went to our room, and my kid took a dump in the toilet and found it wouldn’t flush because there was no water in the tank—and no way to get the water to glow into the tank. Got a different room and needed staff to turn in the heater. There was a desk lamp and a floor-height lamp near the door, both broken—not the bulbs but the post and the sockets. So strange that they were seen in the room—should’ve been thrown out long ago. Everything is run down in the rooms—TV wouldn’t work to set up kid’s Xbox—first time that’s been an issue anywhere. We thought about using the hot tub, but it was very murky—I don’t think you could see your feet if you stepped into it—so we didn’t risk it. Pool was closed. Breakfast was scant, and the orange juice gave me stomach problems all day—it was the only thing I consumed that day. On the positive side, it was pretty quiet and in a good location, but several other nearby motels at about the same price looked better. It’s really a total tear down—would be great if a developer would acquire and raze it and put in something nice.

Worst customer service, receptionist had an attitude, room nothing like the pictures showed in the website, I got a suite and it smell bad, the room was supposed to be clean and there was a hair tie on the floor next to the bed. There was a sofa bed in the main area and it was dirty. I was afraid of even sitting anywhere. The room had very little light. Wifi very poor signal. Couldn't stay there had to rent another room for the nigth. Just spend a little more money and get another hotell.

The carpet was in dark colour but still can see it is VERY DIRTY, shower wall had two cracks, bathroom sink has 4 cracks, the towels are so old and not WHITE anymore. Worse were the small wash clothes, had black and brown marks that did not wash off.

It was a good location and the hotel wasn't bad. It was clean and smelled nice when we walked in. We wanted to go to the Jacuzzi, but it was not hot and when I asked about it at the front desk, he had no idea and said he would have to call maintenance, I told him nevermind. Overall it was fine.

We booked a room online only to arrive and find out that it was under maintenance and they didn’t have any other of that same type to give to us. We didn’t find this out till we arrived around around 11:30pm after a full day of driving with 3 little kids (5&under). They discounted us a little bit and gave us a different type of room. We went in only to find that the trash cans hadn’t been emptied since the previous tenants and the bathroom towels hadn’t not been replaced. The “continental breakfast” is literally toast and cold and cereal. Thankfully the worker was helpful to get us squared away late at night, but everything seemed very unorganized and also falsely advertised.
