Great staff, very clean nice room, comfortable bed. Floors secured by key card. Great parking for semis, RVs etc. The coffee shop was excellent. The only thing we noticed was no breakfast included and not even a discount on the breakfast restaurant downstairs which was extremely expensive so we went elsewhere. Overall we would stay here again!

It was ok, wasn’t above or below average just Eh. There was a strange fishy smell in the casino area and the pool towels smelled fishy as well. The whole lobby area had a strong chlorine smell. One young lady was rude af when I went to the Players Club just to ask about the Sunday give away. So I didn’t even bother to ask about the free items. Ugh I guess over all I walked away not feeling welcome.

We absolutely love this hotel, the rooms are beautiful, and the casino is so much fun!! This place is the absolutely cleanest hotel / casino I have ever been in! I would highly recommend Twin Arrows to anyone who wants to have a nice relaxing getaway.
