I have stayed before with no problems but on this occasion as we were in our room, the door opened with 3 girls wanting to enter. The desk clerk assigned them our room! We had a large amount of purchases in the room as it was Black Friday which could have been gone in an instant had we not been there!! Not cool! Went to front desk and she laughed and basically said oops. Management did nothing. Not happy!!

Staff were nice but this hotel needs a big upgrade. Mattresses need replacing- Very bumpy and worn. Bedding was stained yellow. Hotel is not sound proof, lots of hallway noise. The room itself was ‘clean’ but very worn down. I wouldn’t stay here again.
