A smooth check-in/check-out process with a fair room rate. The hotel lobby, hallways and room were clean, and the beds were comfortable. This is a newer building with friendly staff! No complaints. I would stay here again!

I tried to check in an hour early and was told it would be an additional $40. There were rooms available and no cars in the parking lot. That's terrible customer service. Get rid of that policy!
