Room was very clean and no issues there. There are some undisclosed fees on hotels.com including a $75 pet fee per animal per day nonrefundable. Also a click and hold fee Quiring a credit card for $100. Again undisclosed on the reservation search engine. Also the morning desk clerk Monday, December 22 at at 7 AM was abrasive and inhospitable. Didn’t enjoy our stay. The noise level was absurd - between the trains passing through several times in the middle of the night, and noise from surrounding neighbors running to and fro throughout the night and early morning, we barely slept. There was half-drank drinks from previous guests when we arrived to our room. Closet isn’t big enough to keep suitcase without blocking the bathroom door from opening. I appreciated that I could control the temperature and keep the room cold, black out curtains were nice. Wouldn’t stay here again due to the noise and lack of sleep.

Hot was not working, which was a main reason I booked this hotel! Breakfast was not that great, menu that was posted in room wasn’t they had. No variety offered eggs had peppers in them, the sausage looked like it was microwaved and the potatoes didn’t have much flavor. Juice machine was out of order as well. Overall mediocre stay at best. Had booked another stay for next month but have cancelled it and booked elsewhere.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and was very happy with my experience, but this time was completely different. The room was filthy. There was black hair all over the bathroom floor, and the toilet still showed evidence that the last guest had been there. The bedroom was so dusty I could actually clump the dust together, and the kitchen floor had debris scattered across it. They did offer to move us, but the next room wasn’t any better. There was toilet paper on the floor, yellow stains running down the mattress protector (which I only noticed because the bed wasn’t even made properly), and overall the beds looked sloppy—one was only half tucked, and the other wasn’t tucked at all. I finally asked for cleaning supplies so I could clean the room myself. Unsurprisingly, every time I wiped something down, the cloth turned completely black. This level of cleanliness might be expected in a $60-a-night motel, but not at a hotel charging over $300 a night. Overall, my stay was far from satisfactory.

I found mouse poop in my bed and notified the hotel that I would not be staying. They said the manager would call me the following day, but it never happened. $275 for a dirty room and mouse poop under the sheets.
