Property and rooms are way more run down than shown in the pictures. Property grounds had trash everywhere, obviously not cleaned in some time. Doors leading outside/inside other than main entrance that should be secured with room key access did not work so the doors were not secure and there were definitely some sketchy people moving around in those areas. Our room only had one of 5 lights working. They managed to get one more working. Room is very dated. Kitchenette was so tiny with a mishmash of stuff obviously left behind from previous occupants like a bag of flour. There was one plate a fork or two. Room and bathroom were clean, and location was good for my purpose. Probably the only two good things I could say. Will not use this property again.

We were in town to see the Fleetwood Macked show at The Palace theater and picked this hotel due to location. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of our room/ bath and the hotel over all. Basic hotel(hot) breakfast 6-9 am. Will stay next time in the area.

It was nice, clean, staff was friendly. In pictures and list of amenities it has grill, with terrace and seating area that was not there we choose this hotel over others for the grill. Guess we should have called and verified.

Only ok.

At first sight it looks good. The grounds had lovely grass and overall the outside was nice other than close to the doors where there were lots of cigarette butts. It’s a dog friendly hotel and they have a great area for dogs on the third floor grounds which is very nice (too bad the users leave their garbage and butts on the ground). But the hotel is run down and needs an overhaul, better cleaning and better upkeep.

Very convenient location to many attractions. Morning breakfast was very good and a wonderful variety of items to choose from. Negative comments would be you had to hang a "maid service" sign on your door when you wanted your room cleaned. We did put it out one morning however, room was not cleaned when we returned from our outing. Also, our room was directly above main entrance and we were woke up every morning by very loud conversations around 6:30 a.m. from people outside smoking. We were there for 10 nights and would consider returning again because of location.

Floor was clean , sink was clog, it’s was one and half roll of toilet paper for two days , hotel smoke free but was a very strong cigarette and weed smell, bed wasn’t comfortable have stains on a sheets and mattress was like a boat on a waves , if someone was turn to other side feel like on a roller coaster. Windows lock was missing and windows screen was missing too..for two days maid not even come .for this price you know what you get .Also you hear how people talking in next room ,I mean it’s no sound proof here .

This is a lovely inn up on a hilltop in western Pennsylvania. GPS got us there just fine, especially since it was after dark. It is off the beaten path so it is quiet. Our accessible room was clean, spacious, and the bed pretty comfortable. The wifi was good, as well. Breakfast was about average, and we had enough to get our day started. It was a good stay and I would recommend it.

Competition weekend getaway

The room was very spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk was very nice. Check in was fast. Breakfast was good. Nice hotel, but the walls are thin so I could hear people talking. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area.
