Strawberry banana smoothie was extra sweet. Nothing healthy about it especially for breakfast. Room does not have a microwave. Had to get on my hands and knees to use the small refrigerator that sits on the floor. very sad subpar room for a casino. There was to mold in the bathroom shower. It did not stink, like a lot of the hotels in the area. The only way I would consider a stay again is if I was planning on attending the casino.

The left side of the bed in room 505 was caved in although the bed was a king size I had to sleep in the middle next to my wife, which was not the reason why we paid for a king size bed. When I spoke with the front desk, they offered me $20 voucher at the restaurant which was absolutely horrible also. I cannot believe that I am the first person that slept in that bed that had problems with it that y’all have not purchased a new mattress for that room. I will bro on the hotel.com website and give you a very poor rating.

Parking was self parking, had to continue looking for parking spots. It was complimentary parking, that was good. Your website stated Buffet Restaurant, not true. We were told it closed in 2020 and your website needed to reflect that. That was disappointing Because breakfast had only one platter breakfast, 2 eggs, sausage or bacon, potatoes and toast. That was the only choice. Staff at Steak Restaurant was Excellent, all others departments were not Customer Friendly.
