It was just an ok stay. The property is nice, and the hotel lobby is inviting. Our hotel room was lovely, but the bed was not comfortable, which was problematic for us. What a great stay during a horrible winter storm. The staff were so accommodating and kind during a horrible winter storm. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. A very special shout out to Karyn. What an exceptional employee. She went above and beyond to make me feel calm, comfortable and safe during the storm. I would absolutely stay again!!
