The light on entering the room did not work. The small cafe/bar advertised online and in the elevator was not in existence at this time. It had closed. I choose a stay based on availability to grab a light dinner and glass of wine after my travel to this area. I would have chosen a different option had I been informed accurately of the hotels options.

Room felt clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The size of the room was nice and loved having a couch and space for coffee. The included breakfast was way nicer than a normal free hotel breakfast. The staff was very nice. I will definitely stay here again if we are in town.

Mattress had blood on it. Room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days. Loud party Friday night, music blasting until 11pm and we could hear it from the 6th floor. Spoke to someone behind desk and was told there was nothing they could do. Kids running up and down hallway all hours of the night. Left Saturday, didn’t even stay until our reservation was over in Monday. Will not return.
