Well situated but poor customer service when I arrived late. Nobody reads emails sent after the manager leaves for the day and as he went on holiday next day my email was never attended to - attidude of staff was it’s not our problem. I was rebooked in more expensive room as they had cancelled my booking.

This hotel is a good situation but the customer service is poor. I was given an email address and phone number of manager to cal. When I knew my booking was going to change. The phone didn’t work and the manager doesn’t look at emails after a certain time of night. He’d taken the next day off so my problem wasn’t dealt with. On my arrival I discover my booking was cancelled. They rebooked me but for a higher price. Overall the staff had a ‘it’s not our problem’ attitude.
