Checked in and frint desk was not friendly and was rude, charged me 100 for deposit and 103 for a service fee got the 100 back but never refunded me my 103 for service not sure whats that for i paid for hotel through hotels.com. so currently disputing charge.

Better hotels in the area. This place is a no, very old. I travel to Greenville often; I have no idea why I picked this place. I read the reviews they were decent thought it would be fine, absolutely not.

When we first checked in our room had a very strong perfume smell. We went to the front desk to complain and she changed our room. The 2nd room did not smell.

After booking this reservation, I discovered that I had picked the wrong city. I called the hotel 5 minutes after booking and asked to cancel after explaining the situation, but they refused. After talking to Hotels.com I was advised to contact the hotel again. The front desk clerk hung up on me. Terrible customer service and no compassion at all.

Great location, nice pool and very clean rooms and grounds. Unfortuntely it is a bit loud, thin walls and doors. We were on the first floor, next time we will request the 2nd floor.

Awful customer service. Breakfast not served when they stated it is. I booked a "not hidden costs/price you see is price you pay", but then charged over $100 more at check in. The whole place is gross and so run down. Will never stay here again.
