The property had been updated, therefore the room was nice. The only problem I had was with someone at the front desk who needed customer service training. Everything and one else was nice.

It was a very nice stays. Our only complaint was the water did not get very warm so we had to take quick cold/lukewarm showers!

The property was older but it has been renovated very nicely. There is only one restaurant in the hotel even though the website says there were more. Most of the staff were very nice (I only experienced one person who needs a little more customer service training at the front desk). Overall, I know that I would stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

Sad check in.

Tried to check in early said i had to pay to check in early so sat in car for an hour. Front desk very unprofessional when i checked in. The early check in lady doing nothing but looking at her cell phone said the lady on business phone talking to a customer could check me in.

During the two nights we stayed it was very noisy. Also our room was not cleaned although we left early during the morning allowing ample opportunity for the cleaning staff to access our room. When we mentioned both these issues to the front desk staff we were met with an unfriendly and cold attitude.
