Over all was fine. The room was not cleaned well. We had lipstick stains on the pillow cases. Had to get housekeeping to change them.

Showed up at 130 AM after a 6 hour drive to check in… was told “sorry, we overbooked and you don’t have a room. With the soccer tournament happening you might have to go further away to get a hotel.” We booked this room 2 months out! Also, I was told that the policy for this hotel is that it overbooks and puts family at risk of this happening to them.
