Girls spa overnight

Rms not ready but it was fine they took our luggage and held it for us.we proceeded to the spa. Our treatments were amazing. Button, Jamie did an amazing job. We all plan on going back in 3 months. The spa was nice and clean it was a pleasure to be there. They exceeded all of our expectations. Are rms were very nice and clean we all had a fun time. The hotel was very clean .

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing—warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully designed spaces that create a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were just the right size—spacious enough to feel luxurious yet cozy enough to feel like home. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway, this is it! Highly recommend!

Place is clean and amazing all around . Only issue is the walls are super thin . I could hear the people next door sneezing and tv on all night . Otherwise staff is awesome and always love the Marriotts .

family atmosphere but most of all the staff Very friendly and welcoming to the area. It was busy due to Holidays but the staff did not skip a beat with their professionalism and welcome atmosphere. Place was very clean, the room next door people were quite noisy but that is not the hotels issue. Will stay there again in the future. House keeping staff is amazing and cordial.

The property itself was lovely for our stay during our son's basketball tournament at Mohegan Sun - however it must have been a hot spot to stay because the halls were filled with screaming tweens who were left unattended to raise hell stomping up and down the hall until about midnight as their parents were hanging out at the bar, turning it into a night club. I'm all for having a good time but parents need to supervise their children and when there is chaos, management should handle it as we are all paying customers. (having a room by the elevator didn't help things but added to the chaos)

It was the loudest stay in the room that I ever experienced. All throughout the night kids screaming in the hallway, knocking on doors and running. The hotel was nice and clean. The main Resturant was average as I ordered a steak medium and came out very rare.

I booked a king room through Expedia and upon checkin, was give a double bed room. They stated that they sold out of King rooms. This was horrible customer service with zero compensation. I complained and mysteriously they had a King room that I booked and paid for within 10minutes. Never will I stay at a Marriott Hotel if this is their practice and creating a poor customer experience!
