FYI-Edgewater west is undergoing necessary maintenance on each floor in walkway areas. Noise will be heard during work hours and is expected to last approximately a week.Please use caution when entering floors from elevator due to debris. DON'T STAY HERE

Upon check in, we had to immediately contact the guest services line due to multiple problems. A sink drain was backing up, slats in the bottom bunk were not in place, and worst of all there was no A/C. We contacted the emergency line and hosts every single day we were there to get the A/C fixed and they never came out to fix it or even look at it in person. We stayed there during the heat of the summer and were unable to even stay at the property because of the extreme conditions. We have since contacted the rental company multiple times and have been told the host will not respond about some sort of compensation. I wouldn't wish this place on anyone.

Great view

The location and view is great. Our sheets looked a little dirty and our pillow covers did have a weird smell (the room I was staying in everyone else’s were good) it didn’t bother us I just threw them in the washer. Towards the end our shower knob stopped working but maintenance showed up to fix it asap. The pool was great too. I would definitely book again.

The condo was dated but that did not hinder our stay. We really liked the ease of access from the parking lot to the condo and the beach. The beach it's self is very small but we didn't mind. There are pool lockets but we unfortunately didn't have access to. The condo itself could use a good deep cleaning, new toilets, showers or at least new shower heads. There was new carpet installed I do believe. There is plenty of pots and pans if you plan to cook which we also do. My favorite place was napping on the enclosed patio with the windows open listening to the ocean.

The condo was nice and spacious with plenty of room for the six of us and a 3 year old. The weather was perfect as well! A couple of wall outlets weren't working, but no other issues. We will definitely come back.

Needs updating and cleaned ! Washer and dryer very old and need to be replaced! Floors were dirty! Bathrooms were dirty! Kitchen was dirty and dishes in the cabinet were dirty!! We spent 5 hours after checking in cleaning the kitchen!!

I liked all the seating available. I did not have to worry about my 4 year old grandson on the balcony because of no railing and open windows up high. Could use a little TLC updating because of age but still very usable. The aggravation we had was very little beach. We were invaded by Crystal Shores guests everyday because they didn’t have much beach because of Ike’s umbrella rentals taking their space. Didn’t mind to share the beach of rude people would practically sit under our umbrellas.. Also with such a small beach area, wished people would be consider NOT playing their music so we all can hear. I know the rental company cannot stop all the beach issues but maybe speak to someone with authority over beaches. Overall I loved the fast elevator and seating as well as the balcony. I slept on the twin bed and it was very comfortable. If you can handle little beach and beach invasions, I would recommend this unit

Generational spring break.

70 year old grandma, 50 year old daughter, 16 year old granddaughter, and her 18 year old bestie! Ocean, warm breezes, sunshine, boys, great food, sandy beach. GOD IS GOOD. It just doesn't get any better than that! Thank you!
