Gulfside Townhomes #7 is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome. This lovely condo features a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room which is perfect for children or teens.
The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to fix a tasty dinner including granite countertops and stainless appliances. The downstairs has ceramic tile while the bedrooms, which are both upstairs have carpet. The master bedroom offers a private balcony which is perfect for that morning coffee while watching the waves and pelicans. Off the living area, there is an additional balcony that is gives the opportunity for watching beautiful sunsets while relaxing after a busy day in the sun and sand. Take a dip in the complex pool or just relax in the lounge chairs and work on your tan.

Gulfside Townhouses Gulfshores

Located near Gulfshores city center it is walking distance to many excellent resturants and great local shopping. Property offers easy access to one of the best white sand beaches in the USA for swimming or just lounging on the beach. Also outdoor pool and lounging area is available if you don't want to hit the beach. Townhouse offered updated kitchen, comfortable living area, two bedrooms and two and half baths for an enjoyable stay. Great place for a relaxing vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here. Had everything we needed. Clean. The only complaint that I have with our room which was number seven is that the tub in the master bedroom? Jacuzzi did not work unless you held the button down the whole time but other than that it was nice.

Nice but needs some fixing

We had a wonderful stay. The only down side was that the property needs a bit of updating. There were spaces where you could see that the paint had been patched, the trim was scuffed, the carpet was worn, the handle on the master glass door was broken. We over looked all of those things though. The pool was awesome. The beach access was perfect! We will be back!

Some delays in communication with property owners/manager. Had to unload the dishwasher from another person’s stay and some dirty items were left on the bed when we arrived. Bedding was very thin and would’ve been helpful to have more than one trash bag. Otherwise we had a great stay and didn’t want to leave.

The location was great. The balconies we're great for times when it rained. Coffee bar was a great place for laying out snacks and such for eating. Kitchen was only large enough for one. Furniture was dated, and the beds were very comfortable. Pool was nice.and clean! Close to all the things we wanted. Thanks for letting us stay.

Couple of things could improve my experience. The beds had super THIN (I would not even call it a blanket) on top as the comforter. So we had to buy 3 blankets at Target for the beds. The shower curtain in the master needs to be replaced. It has black mold growing on it .

We were there Memorial Day weekend. Rooms are a very nice size. The full bed in the primary room could use replacing. It sinks to the middle. Overall a nice place. Property is on the older side and showing its age but I would have no problem staying there again.

Great condo in a great location!

We all enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was in a great location within walking distance to The Hangout. All rooms had a great view of the water, and the balconies on both floors were spacious with the same great views. The only thing we really missed was that there was no hairdryer. Also, just as an FYI, we messaged them through the app to try to extend our stay and never had a response, so we ended up having to call.

Had a Great Time! Weather was extremely warm for Oct. even set some record highs. Survived Hurricane Nate - stayed west of us and it was just like a storm we're use to in the Midwest. Shrimp Festival was a Blast! Great Bands, Foods and Crafts! Can't wait to return in the near future.
