Cant beat the accessibility to the beach. Loud hotel construction next to hotel. No public transportation. Staff were great but hotel dirty. Room view awesome but did not come with iron or clock. Parking was easy but impossible to cross street.

Overall a good experience. The best part of our stay was having easy access to the beach. The hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were clean but towels were dingy and old. We also had difficulty getting enough towels for all of our guest. There were also a lot of gnats in the breakfast area.

Decent stay

The room was comfortably furnished. But definitely showed wear. The hotel is pet friendly, but didn’t do the greatest job cleaning up after the pets. There was dog hair all over the pull out couch bed. The breakfasts were fine. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had to pay for parking 95 percent of the vehicles didnt have a parking paper everybody goes parks there without staying at d hotel we got d room 2 nd floor on thursday july 24 room 206 bery next day friday we were on d way ti get something to eat ehen we went to parking garage on 2 nd floor we notice the car we rented it had a hit on tailgate we told d fromt desk they said they dont have cameras they r not responsible we have to call our insurance o call police to make a report we called d police they said call d insurance and if insurance ask for a police report than we can call them back Our trip started ok but after d first day was kinda impossible to enjoy our vacation i dont understand y this hotel said they dont have cameras and y they let people park in d parking garage if they r not staying there at d hotel

Really enjoyed our stay. Love being right on the beach. Had a little issue with the AC. The room would get really warm and it did not automatically cut on I would have to turn it down myself. Same way when it got to cold. It would not turn off. I kept having to adjust it so it would go on and off. Also the electrical outlets were so lose the chargers and hairdryer plugs kept falling out. Finally some around the floor that would stay in. Other than that. Loved the place. People so nice.

Be sure that you are getting the room you reserved before paying for your stay. We paid for a larger room and were assigned to a small room with a terrible view. Staff were adamant that we were assigned the correct room. Front desk staff person, Sha-Cara was very rude. You also have to chase staff down to get additional towels. We won't be back. Disappointing.

This hotel was nice because it is beachfront and it was very clean. They do offer a complimentary breakfast, but we still went out to breakfast because it was just a basic fruit, waffles, meat, and omelettes. There’s a coffee station open all day. There’s also cookies offered all day, but the cookie dispenser had gnats in it.

Have stayed at this property before and had a good experience, but it was not a good experience this week. Booked a room since it was short visit to the beach, stayed for 3 nights in a suite with a partial view and the total was $1371. The room had some issues and we talked to the staff about swapping rooms and they offered a smaller room, but at the same cost. We did not switch since we were only there for 3 nights. Will not go back to this hampton due to the high cost and the condition of the property. Should have done more research about the cost of condos vs hotels.

Great pla

Location beds chair rental staff check in free breakfast pet accommodating price all excellent. Room was clean. Pillows crap. A fenced area to side for dogs to run off leash and potty would be great. Floors in room should all be tile no carpet would be best. Air said 66 but didn’t feel like it. It was fine I just like an ice box. Can walk to everything. Construction next door didn’t bother me at all. Pool view is nice it is a small pool and could use the tile cleaned pressure washed. Tiki bar was nice guy who worked it is great. ShaCha at desk is the best and needs a raise. They don’t clean your room if you have a pet. But I just swapped towels and trash with maid each day no problem for me. If I had wanted her to clean all I had to do was tell her and take my dog on a walk. I will def come back. There is $15 parking fee not sure why hotels have that a lot do. But the free breakfast off sets that by far. Some activities like karaoke or something fun with kids would be a great add on.

I was unaware of the $15 daily parking charge so that was upsetting. The pool area appeared dirty or moldy, but I think it was just in need of paint. Food was not great, especially the sausage patties and muffins were still really cold from being frozen and things ran out before the attendant could refill. Elevator was really slow. There was not enough bath towels provided for two guests, only two for two days use.

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing—particularly with the front desk staff. Upon arrival after a 10-hour drive, I walked in and wasn’t even acknowledged. I stood awkwardly until the front desk staff finished their personal conversation before I was helped. Two weeks before my trip, I spoke directly with the hotel and Expedia about needing a larger room after adding a fifth adult to our party. I was told it was noted and taken care of at no additional cost. Yet when I arrived, there was no record of that conversation, and I was told I’d have to pay full price for another room, despite already paying in full through Expedia. Frustrated, I asked if I should call Expedia to sort it out—which I shouldn’t have had to do in the first place. The same front desk associate basically said yes. I was exhausted from being up since 2am, and this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. After calling Expedia, they confirmed a record of the request but said it lacked details about a room upgrade. They then called the hotel, spoke to the same associate I did, and magically—she got the manager involved. Within minutes, the manager approved the request with zero pushback. Why wasn’t this solution offered to me directly? Why did I have to go through hoops for something that could’ve been resolved right away? When I was finally checked in, there was no clear communication—no directions, no info about breakfast, Wi-Fi, amenities—nothing.

We had so much fun on this vacation. Amazing staff, kind and helpful. Very nice hotel, all areas were very pleasant and clean. Great view of the beach and very convenient to be on the beach. A lot of choices of restaurants and shopping.
