Beautiful beach front property, easy access to beach, very clean room, comfy bed. Weird blinking blue light on the ac/heat unit that would have kept us up if we didn’t have eye masks. Outside street was noisy but it is a busy road. We had partial view of ocean which was exactly as pictured in the room choice. Breakfast was good!

major disappointment

i went for a 4 day getaway to relax after a stressful situation. they are working on remodeling their gym and i was awakened to the sound of jackhammers at 8am on a saturday. i went to the front desk and they offered no resolution. i contacted hotels.com for help and they were not able to issue me a refund even though i explained everything. i am really upset with both the hotels.com service and the hotel. you cannot tell me that nothing could have been done. horrible customer service

The website states tiki bar, gym and laundry. None of them were open the entirety of our stay. Our room faced another building being built which was noisy. We were on second floor where they were doing things in the gym and laundry which was also noisy. Staff was great but the hotel itself was just okay. Very disappointed.

Cons: The fitness center was closed and running on the roads made me a little uncomfortable, especially with the snow/ice. The noise during breakfast from renovations was so loud. Pros: Very clean, great hot tub, breakfast was amazing. The views could not be beat! I would give 4 1/2 stars if I could.

Snowmageddon 2025-no place to be stuck in.

Was there during the 2025 “Blizzard”. The room had a governed control and did not get warmer than 66. Fridge wax broke/ but used the balcony. Every space was cold-hallways and lobby. No shampoo/soap in the room but had conditioner. Breakfast was ok. Everything shut down about 6pm the night before any snow flew and stayed closed for 4 days except a few gas stations and vape stores. Checked out early in search for non vending food after the 2nd day.

Not the same! will rethink for my next Gulf visit

Was told the morning of checkin that they overbooked hotel. Gave me a suite with a side view of beach instead of front view. I was fine with that and they took $100 off. I have been staying at this hotel for 10 years this was the worst stay. They used to have cookies around 4pm. Not this year! Used to have hot chocolate for kids. All out! The pool hearer was broken. So we had to drive down the road to the other Hilton to use the pool. there was so apologies at front desk just "its broken". They said they couldnt close the doors to the indoor pool because they needed 3 staff members to do it. I was speaking to 3 staff members! surely there was a maintance worker or someone who could have closed the doors!! Next day at breakfast, 9:30am and they had hardly any breakfast left. I grabbed a bagel for my son, but was told out of cream cheese. Really?

We got in after dark and so didn’t realize right away the gorgeous view from our hotel window, looking out to the white sand beach and the ocean—beautiful! The room & bed was very comfortable and the staff were helpful and pleasant! The breakfast was exceptional also!

Conveniently located between Flora-Bama and the Wharf. Great beach and sunrise view. Not tub was hot, but the jets didn't seem to be working. Also, our room had a few sunflower seed shells on the floor and was missing the body soap. We were only there for a short stay, so didn't mage a fuss. Oh, and you have to sign out towels. We were told if we didn't return them by 10pm, we'd be charged... not sure why we couldn't just return them before the end of our stay? Overall, great property, great location! Would without a doubt stay there again
