Great say. The place is really nice. Front desk awesome. My only thing is that's it's pet friendly. That should only be on certain floors because Some of us have allergies. The rug in room looked like a pet stain. But besides that. Great breakfast and the most comfortable beds

The hotel charged me an extra $70 for my dog after checking out without letting me know. They did not inform me when I checked in and there is no information about pet extra charges in the reservation. I called the hotel to give mean explanation and I requested to talk to the Manager. The agent I talked to, went to get me the Manager, but came back saying the Manager said we do not issue refund. He or she do not even want to spend one minute to talk to me, and by the way, I am a gold Hilton member and gold Expedia member. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Initial room did not look over beach. Asked why we used 3rd party? It was cheaper. So much for Hilton's claim of being lowest price when using their reservation service. Negative was having to pay to park. This is not a major city where most people arrive by public transportation. Just quote the total cost without the hidden fees. Shame on Hilton
