Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this is fantastic property. Our only disappointment was with the cleanliness of the house. Very dusty and appears to not have a deep cleaning in a long time. The location was great, right on the beach with a great view of the water.

Family came from Texas and Kentucky to spend a week at Sunflower. The home was just as described. We have stayed in lots of homes and this kitchen was stocked better than any other! We loved the spacious bedrooms and the view was spectacular! Highly recommend this house!

This is a beautiful house right on the beach as advertised. The home was clean and well maintained. The only maintenance issue we encountered was one of the larger burners on the stove was not working. A repair man was there the day we checked in said it would be repaired the next day we never heard anything more. It did make cooking for our family at 10 a little more hectic using the small burners but we managed. We enjoyed our stay very much. The views are unbelievably beautiful, and the beach was never crowded even though it was spring break. I would definitely consider renting this house again in the future however, I would caution anyone bringing a pet that they are not allowed on the beach and there is very little place for them to play or exercise near the home. Other than that it was absolutely perfect for us.
