San Carlos 1207 was decorated and designed as a tranquil chic refuge. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. The owners made certain, the bedrooms were made for comfort with simply the best pillow top mattresses and stylish furnishings. The beautifully equipped gourmet kitchen will assist the cook of the house in preparing meals for their loved ones. The floor to ceiling windows offers an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. You will enjoy the Jacuzzi tub in the primary bath taking advantage of the wet bar and staying connected with the free WIFI and full size washer/dryer. Everything about the 142 unit San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible including the desirable zero entry pool. This 12th floor 1407 sq. ft. condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or enjoying the sunset. Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced. No boats RV's or trailers are permitted

Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.
