We were all very pleased with the condo.It was so well stocked with every comfort and convenience we could have wished for. Such a beautiful view and so close to the ocean.. We loved the fast elevator. The pool was great. The shower water pressure was excellent. Not one complaint.

The condo is not as bright and vibrant as shown online. It felt a little old and outdated. The master bathroom did not have a shower liner so water would get all over the bathroom floor. A lot of the outlets were loose and could not support the weight of a cell phone charger. When we took the sheets off the master bed, the mattress protector had a huge stain on it. A lot of the pillows were flat as well. Construction was happening while we there so that blocked some of the parking spots. I received an email about arrival but had to reach out on my own to know what to do at checkout. A few positives: The AC was nice and cold. The kitchen was great and fully functioning. It was nice having a washer and dryer. Beach access was great.

Pros: 1) The condo was very spacious for our family of 7.2) The ocean view was perfect.Cons: 1) Upon our initial entrance into the condo, we were immediately met with a musty odor. 2) There were several spots on the sofa bed, as if something had been dripped on it but wasn't cleaned. 3) There were several tiny black bugs (or ants) on the floor that we had to kill.It was obvious the condo wasn't cleaned well prior to our arrival. While there, I contacted Vacasa to inform about my disappointment the condo hadn't been thoroughly clean prior to our arrival; they apologized and offered to send someone local to clean but I declined, we had already cleaned.If the condo had been clean, and smelled fresh, I would have given 5 stars.

Wonderful

We had an awesome time at the Snowbirds Condo. We were not aware that this condo does not have a balcony. We were disappointed, but it would be VERY convenient for people who are traveling with little ones. There is still a fabulous view of the ocean and we enjoyed being able to open the window and listen to the waves. Overall we had a great experience. I would recommend packing everything you need, including salt and pepper as even small items like that are not provided. I couldn't find a broom and wanted to ask the host but could not find a way to contact. Just the 1800 number for vacasa. The beach is great in this area, very easy and fast to get to, the elevator was fast and the building was not crowded. Make sure that you bring extra blankets as they do not provide blankets or sheets for the pullout couch and the blankets on the beds are really mostly just sheets. If you get cold easily make sure to stuff plenty of blankets in your car! Overall it was a great place to stay and we would rent in the same building again!

Needs a better set up for family stay for example more towels, more bedding, and garbage bags for a 3,000 dollar stay. More sound proofing for internal noise, example upstair neighbors, external noise was excellent. Overall cleanliness of the condo could have been better.

Amazing beach and location

The good: the beach is fantastic, the pool is nice and clean, and the building is pretty quiet and well maintained. The unit is very clean, and has a ton of seating for your group. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and utensils. I liked that the unit has a full sized washer and dryer as well. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a king, one with a queen, and one with two twins. There are 3 full baths. The bad: we only had 2 bath towels per bathroom, which meant we were washing towels almost daily. The bedding felt cheap, and there weren’t really blankets on the beds, more like a heavy sheet. The beds were all VERY firm, and the pillows were pretty bad as well. There are no beach towels, chairs, or umbrellas with the unit. There is no balcony on the unit, as they have been converted to extra seating. There are big windows to open, but it’s not really the same. The master bedroom feels pretty dark because the window is small. The internet was basically useless the entire time we were there. All in all we had a great time. The towels, beds, and the bedding are our biggest complaints.

Great condo and nice place to stay.

The condo is great. I would suggest bringing blankets. The comforter on the beds are not much more than a sheet. Could use a few more towels in the bathrooms also.
