I had an unfortunate incident with a toothache. I had signed up for extra coverage for an event of such an emergency through Expedia. Expedia asked me to ask the hotel to assist me. The hotel manager would not assist me in rearranging my accommodation. I suffered through the last day of my vacation was spent in bed because of the unfortunate incident. Over all the staff were nice. I really enjoyed my time there.

Ac split unit is leaking water. Sarah the front desk lady said they knew about the situation but the ac maintenance didn’t show up. I am requesting a full refund. I have taken a video of it.

The hotel room was clean and check in was easy. My only complaint was the mattress was too firm. Iike that the hotel is close to several restaurants and the harbor.

Location

Great place to stay. Walking distance to the harbor. Room was warm when we got there took a while to cool it off. It’s close to the road so you do hear that noise. Bed was so comfortable. But even with all that we would stay again.

Pros: The property is centralized, from restaurants, hiking trails, the beach, and the parking is extremely convenient. Cons: The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Bring your own pillows. The water pressure in the shower is very low. And the walls are not sound proof. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Across from the Pillar Point Harbor and very walkable to the many restaurants in the area. It was pretty quiet and the room was clean and nicely decorated. Not far from the areas attractions.
