Will not stay with Hilton again

Check in clerk was very flustered due to complaints from visitors. Two people in front of us complained about house keeping. Our bathroom floor was sticky. No hot water the entire stay. Plumbing issues. AC would only cycle for less than 1 minutes even with us moving around in the room.

I wish they would have had hot water. It wasn't 100% cold but both me and my girlfriend had a long day and were wanting a hot shower. It wasn't an option. Front desk clerk really appeared to be in over his head. Perhaps new. I did request extra pillows and had to keep asking because housekeeping was gone for the day and the front desk clerk seemed to have his hands very full

Clean, Comfortable, and Courteous but No Hot Tub

The hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely courteous. The room was spacious, clean, and overall comfortable. The beds are not the best, but we slept decent for two nights. It was disappointing to find out the hot tub had been filled in and cemented over, since that was one of the reasons to choose this hotel, but the pool is heated and covered. The bar is really nice with an outdoor patio and the food is delicious. Room service is offered but the hotel did not have the staff to send someone to the room so we went down to get it ourselves and wound up having a few drinks at the bar. The hotel is located very close to many restaurants, shops, and Interstate access so that was convenient. Parking is safe, well lit, and secure. I would definitely stay here again.

People were sleeping in the hall. Later police responded to an altercation on the 4th floor. Woke us up in the middle of the night.

Amt of charge for pet

My husband and I arrived at different times and he assumed ick in with our puppy of 2.1 pounds because he arrived with them....however at the end of our stay we was charged 50 per per....no worries but doesnt say per pet on site only states up to 2 dogs....not know that the 2 pound puppy had pooped under bed....about 2 in long in 2 places I was charged $150 dollars extra...I understand because I should have ck because we did bring them out to do their business and pen when in room....but $150 dollars...they sure don't clean the carpet with it because carpet had stain at door inside room obviously from previous pet and charged $150 and not cleaned...I don't mind paying for not looking but $150. So at the end of this one night stay cost $450 dollars
