Many issues

The first room we got had a leak in the ceiling. We called to get another room and instead of taking care of it right away, the front desk told us "I have to call someone." We did get another room, but we asked for two more pillows. There were only two in the room. The front desk told us they didn't have any more. The second room was clean and no issues, other than the pillows.

I assume the reason why the nightly rate is so cheap is due to the cockoach infestation they have. I have seen 3 cockroaches in my room and upset that staff will not refund me my money so I can stay at a cleaner & more sanitary hotel due to the fact I have a toddler

Did not expect Motel 6 to be a total dump!! Should have figured when rhe check in motel staff are behind a bullet proof glass. Room door 2nd security latch barely in place. The room was so sparse just a bed and a $15 desk chair. The sink faucet is loose and the toilet seat and tub are burnt wirh cigarette marks!! The clientele was shady and tried to fall asleep but the outside ppl were fighting, swearing and smoking drugs that came in from AC and door. Lets say i had mace and protection right next to me all night!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!
